                         “Before Bed”

1. Clean: Always use a cleanser or vitamin oil to wipe off all the dirt from your skin. It will also help you to sleep better.

2. Tone: Use toner to tone your skin. It will make your skin oil free.

3. Wash: wash your face before going to bed and sleep without putting any chemical in your face. Try to sleep before 12am as you need 8 hours sleep everyday.

                            “After Bed”

1. Wash: wash your face with fresh mineral water to get rid of any dead skin on your face while sleeping.

2. Milk face pack: use milk and honey face pack. Keep it for 20 minutes and wash it off. It will remove all the tan from your face.

4. Moisturize: moisturize your skin after a hot shower but don’t forget to use SPF 40 if you’re planning out in the sun.

You can’t stop dirt to stick to your hair but at least you can control it to prevent dandruff or oil. Wash your hair alternate days with an anti dandruff shampoo and conditioner. Also use serum after drying your hair to set your hair.

7. Shave it if you’re afraid of wax
